The event offers free admission and parking. Event hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 12th, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, February 13th. The Glendale Civic Center is nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Glendale at 5750 W.
