Description
Come join us for a day of breathwork, community, nourishing food, spontaneous fun, and expansive conversation The inspiration behind this came from a desire to bring the soulful, heart-led community of Minnesota together to share the practice of heart opening, cosmically activating breathwork, paired with a nourishing brunch, and plenty of space for synchronistic social connection. This will be a co-created, potluck-style brunch. So please bring a dish, some fruit, juice, or any ingredients to get creative with in the kitchen afterward. To cater to everyone, please bring at least one plant based item (without animal products). And of course, that’s not to say you can’t bring anything else aside from that. Schedule:10-10:30 Arrival Window 10:30-11 Opening Circle 11-12:15 Breathwork & Sound Journey 12:15-12:45 Integration 12:45-2 Brunch & Community We’ve got a great view of the city, a pool table, games, and a cozy, spacious living room for social time however things unfold afterward. More than likely, there may be space to stay beyond 2pm as well Please note that the arrival window is from 10:00-10:30am, and we’ll officially open things up and begin the breathwork journey from there. The condo building has a locked front entrance, and unfortunately we won’t be able let anyone in after that period. Please do your best to plan to arrive by or before 10:15, so in the event you hit traffic or detours on your way, you won’t miss out. Pricing:Aside from the potluck factor, this is a spirit-led, donation based event. Please contribute an amount that feels generous to help cover the energy invested in the facilitation, hosting, and organization of this gathering. Nobody will be turned away because of financial challenges, and all contributions are appreciated. You can donate here when reserving a ticket, otherwise you can pay via cash, venmo, etc. when we meet in person. About Breathwork:We welcome all experience levels here. Whether you’ve never done breathwork, or you consider yourself a master, everyone can benefit from this practice It’s highly recommend you fast or eating super light the day of. Breathwork is best done on an empty stomach. We’ll go over all the fine details and answer any questions that come up when we meet in person, but in brief: this is a physically, emotionally, and spiritually healing practice that can allow you to go very deep, very quickly. There may be screaming, crying, laughing, singing, shaking, etc… All of this is normal. It’s helpful to at least be aware of this ahead of time... Not that any of it is guaranteed to happen. That said, rest assured that you’re in control of your personal journey the whole time, and you’ll be able to breathe to your comfort level. You’ll always be able to stop if you don’t want to keep going, and attentive support will be available during the experience itself. What to Bring:As it pertains to breathwork gear, we do NOT have nearly enough blankets or mats for everyone, so please plan to bring at least a yoga mat and a blankets or two. One to lay on and one to cover yourself with. While breathing, you will get cold. Beyond that, anything else you’re able to bring will only ENHANCE your experience to make it even better •Yoga Mat •Blanket(s) •Socks (in January, hopefully this goes without saying) •Soft Gloves •Eye Mask or eye covering (for best xp, we recommend the Manta Slim or the Mindfold) •Journal (super helpful for integration) •Potluck bunch item(s) Arrival Info:Upon arrival, please dial 046, or call Eddie at 651-500-1808 to be let in *Further instructions and reminders will be sent in a confirmation email after you reserve your ticket
