BROCKTON, MA — Police say the teen who took off after stabbing a Brockton High School student Friday is now in custody.
Police say a student was stabbed inside the high school just after 12:30 p.m.
The student suffered non-life-threatening injuries, but the school prompted a stay-in-place order while they searched for the suspect.
The Brockton Enterprise first tweeted the news, showing the student getting taken out on a stretcher.
No additional information was immediately available.
Brockton police say they are continuing to investigate the incident.
