NEW HAVEN - A New Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in West Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 13, Richetta Watkins, of New Haven, purchased a $50,000 Win It All ticket from the Park Liquor Store in West Haven and won $10,000.
