CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently. Keith Dame, 45, of Bog Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 9, 2021, in Concord. Jon W. Davidson, 55, of South State Street in Concord on a receiving stolen property charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, on Aug. 13, 2021, in Concord, and a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 7, 2021, in Concord. The stolen item was a license plate, according to the indictment. Jeffrey Dennis, 35, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on reckless conduct and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of using a motor vehicle as a deadly weapon by driving in the breakdown lane, weaving between lanes, and nearly striking other vehicles in Bow and, after being stopped, removing a sunglass case containing drugs to evade a criminal investigation by New Hampshire State Police on Oct. 6, 2021. Read more about this incident here: Massachusetts Woman Arrested In Concord On Knife, Threat Charges Jacob Hemeon, 40, of Currier Road in Andover on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items at Lowe's on Fort Eddy Road on June 21, 2021, and two rolls of wire at Lowe's on Fort Eddy Road on Aug. 28, 2021. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges. Matthew Hollins, 38, of Newport Road in New London on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of targeting and stalking a DCYF worker in North Sutton on Oct. 6, 2021, after previously being convicted of stalking in Merrimack County Superior Court. Todd Horstkotte, 50, of Concord, incarcerated at the Merrimack County Jail at the time of the indictment, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Banks Chevrolet on Manchester in Concord and stealing a 2016 GMC Sierra on Oct. 22, 2021. Michael Currier, 36, of Ferry Street in Allenstown on three felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling a girl while dragging her from a crawl space, strangling her while dragging her from a wooded area, and strangling her while pinning her to the ground on Sept. 18, 2020. Kelli Currier, 33, of Ferry Street in Allenstown on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. She was accused of bruising a child's face sometime between July 1, and Oct. 18, 2020, in Allenstown. Justin Dagnese, 35, of East Bow Street in Franklin on two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a woman on July 8, 2021, in Franklin. Edward J. Doherty, 41, with a last known address of Smith Hill Road in Franklin, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of coming within 300 feet of another person on Sept. 29, 2021, in Franklin after previously being convicted of felony stalking in May 2021.
