RESTORATION PROJECT COORDINATOR Locally owned, national property restoration franchise (handling fire, water, smoke & mold damage remediation / restoration to residential & commercial properties), seeks a Project Coordinator in the Bakersfield area. Hiring Bonus: $400 at 90 days Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years in the restoration field and possess a range of IICRC certifications and training certificates or equivalent knowledge in the field. Daily Activities: • Inspecting new jobs and signing up customers, setting work plans • Coordinate and direct multiple crews • Develop and implement training programs • Train crews on restoration techniques and procedures • Perform production employee reviews • Communication with customers, management, insurance adjusters, vendors and subcontractors, both in writing and verbally. Skills: • Must be a very good communicator, verbally and in writing • Problem solving for complex technical issues • Possess a thorough understanding of issues related to contaminants, mold, and biohazards. • Understand customer needs as they relate to timeliness, sensitivity, and process planning • Knowledge of Xactimate • Advanced field sketches and photo documentation Attitude: Must be committed to delivering 5 star service on every job. • Strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy, and friendly. • Display a willingness to learn new skills and systems. • Work as a team player or individually. • Seek training and direction Strong Leadership Skills Required Location: Bakersfield Hours: Hours Vary PT/FT, On-Call Other: Must have CLEAN DMV Must pass BACKGROUND CHECK We have a workplace ban on smoking. “We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
