Full time handyman needed for apartment company in Moon Township to complete day to day work orders and turn apartments. Typical responsibilities include: Replacing switches, outlets, light fixtures and breakers Troubleshoot wiring Install toilets, sinks, faucets and fixtures. Replace stems and traps Unclog drains Replace locks and hinges Some paint and drywall repair Some light cleaning and groundskeeping You must have your own reliable vehicle to travel from property to property. We provide all tools and materials. Pay is $20 per hour plus benefits package. Typical week is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On call as needed on weekends or after hours.
