We are looking for 2 people asap. This is a light labor property manager type position. Must have own vehicle to get to the unit and able to work alone. We have an opening in Shadyside, Southside, and a slot in the Lawrenceville area. This would be very little driving as all the locations are large and next to one another or at most a 2 streets apart. Pay is cash daily and you would probably spend 2-3 days doing paid training. This job is simple and easy. We are looking for reliable people who can work alone while moving at a good pace. We do snow removal, lawn mowing, debris/trash pickup and a few other general upkeep items for our locations. When our buildings are done we just start again most of the time. We are looking for part time and full time people. When it snows we do work nights and shifts can be long. All guys work alone so the job is peaceful. Usually a shift involves needing a tool or two that we supply. Such as a rake and trash bags, or a snow shovel and some bags of salt. At the end of the shift you turn in the tools to a shift supervisor in your area or to the office and get paid on the spot. Its a very basic, high quality job. You must be available to work weird hours when it snows. Other then that its very basic and pretty easy Must have Boots, multiple pair of socks to change during snow, your own vehicle, and be motivated. Our shifts range from 6-12 hours when it snows and 5-8 hours during non snow shifts.
