Local Property Manager seeking skilled Handyperson! We are a growing company with multiple positions in this field to fill. We offer a competitive salary with PTO and mileage compensation, salary DOE. We are looking for a handyperson who is able to work a full time 40hr week M-F. Additional requirements are
*Licensed and insured vehicle with valid drivers license
*Tools of the trade
*Excellent customer service skills
*The ability to draft estimates for repair
*Any trade licensing or certifications are a plus
*Work well with others and take direction from your team lead
*Manage deadlines
