Great companion, emotional support dog to be rehomed. We inherited my mother's companion dog. Dexter is a 6-year-old neutered male Terrier mix, possibly part Dauchund and/or Corgi. He is all up to date on his shots, and we have all his medical records. Dexter weighs 11 lbs and is a perfect lap dog. He loves all the attention he can get. Dexter is not formally trained as an emotional support dog, but he is highly attuned to emotions and is a great support and companion dog. Dexter comes with a bed, collar, lead, and other personal belongings. Restrictions on his rehoming are, he must be the only dog in the household. Dexter is very protective of his owner and surroundings and does NOT like living with other dogs or cats. The best environment for Dexter is a new owner that is home a lot and/or is willing to take Dexter with them when possible. He loves walks and car rides.
