The bespectacled fellow who would hold his arm out near Park Street Station and ask "Can you spare a dollar?" or "Are you from Watertown?" has passed. Sometimes known as 'The Mad Croaker of Park Street', John (Bouvier) was actually an intelligent and big hearted man. He joins his best friend Barry who passed in November of 2021.
