Kidz Academy is guided by the principle of helping each child learn and grow through developmentally appropriate programs. We are currently hiring for *Teachers/Assistant /Lead Teachers*. We are looking for applicants who love children are ready to educate and nurture the children in their care. *Responsibilities for the Teacher/Assistant Teacher Position with Kidz Academy include the following:* * curriculum for your classroom. * Communicating with parents. * Completing daily sheets for each child * Communicating with the Director and other teachers * Taking direction from Director as well as management staff. * Following the schedule of your classroom. * Cleaning assigned areas as needed *Qualities of Teacher/Assistant Teacher:* * Passion for kids * Excellent team member * Ability to work under pressure * Excellent communication skills with parents and staff * A positive attitude * Ability to solve problems * Strong time management * Strong flexibility/ adaptability * Strong work ethic *Qualifications for the position:* * CPR/ First Aid Certified (we provide the training if you do not currently have it) * Prior childcare experience a plus not required * Pass a background check (feel free to ask questions not everything disqualifies someone) Kidz Academy wants to make sure we hire applicants who offer a kind heart and truly want to make a difference in the lives of children.
