Looking for licensed plumbing contractor to bid and contract for a new home build in Shingle Springs area. Must be licensed/bonded/insured. Project is a 3300 sf single level residence off S. Shingle Rd and is permit ready with foundation/construction projected to begin March of 2022 weather permitting. Management firm will email set of stamped approved plans for bid/quote.
