I recently adopted a young female budgie parakeet and I want her to have a friend. My bird is very friendly. She always calls out for another bird but there’s no one there to answer her. I’ll pay up to $30 for a budgie. I don’t care what color, gender, or age the parakeet is. I just want a friend for my little girl.
