Embroidery Line Manager Full-Time Career Opportunity at our Freeport location Great Pay & Excellent Benefits! $49k-55k/ yr. Our organization partners with a family of organizations including Brookville Center for Children’s Services, Citizens Options Unlimited and Advantage Care Health Centers. We have a unique opportunity for an Embroidery Line Manager to oversee the embroidery line of business, coordinate and prioritize jobs internally and delegate and manage tasks assigned to staff. In addition, you will: • Train staff in embroidery methods, including proper techniques to be used with program participants/trainees/employees. • Evaluate work performance of all Embroidery business line staff by establishing and monitoring Quality Assurance (“QA”) standards. • Maintain accurate project paperwork, billing records and receipts, regulations, and procedures are followed. • Visit prospective customers and provide estimates for cost of work, develop and maintain excellent customer service with current and potential clients. Place cold calls as necessary to grow business and returns calls. • Oversee and assist with the maintenance of Embroidery machinery. • Hire, train, and promote employees within the Embroidery team. Oversee and check/update daily record of payroll for all employees in the embroidery business line. • Purchase and schedule the use of materials and supplies, required to provide high-Quality embroidery service for each account. • Oversee, implement, and assist with, and conducts final inspections of all embroidery projects • Develop online catalog of products to be embroidered. Manage online orders. We require: • Bachelor's degree in human services plus at least six (6) months experience supporting people with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities. • Job Development/Marketing/Sales experience preferred. • Computer proficiency in all MS Office Suite applications • Qualified NYS Driver’s License • Great personality! • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays Embroidery Line Manager, please CALL/TEXT Carmela at 516-351-8576 OR email cazzarelli @ ahrc.org.
