We are seeking someone to lead our great shipping team to be sure our incredible storage solutions are shipped safely and on-time to our customers around the world. Mon-Fri, 9:30 am - 6 pm.
Some of the duties include:
>Auditing and reporting inventory while making recommendations to eliminate errors.
>Direct flow of daily work to team, track productivity and quality of work and ensure all work is complete on a daily basis.
>Establishing and updating shipping processes and protocols to achieve an efficient work environment.
>Supporting team goals in collaboration with management and other team leads.
>Monitoring workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve team efficiency.
>Communicating with other departments to ensure orders are shipped accurately and timely.
