Greystone Commercial, a successful and well-established, Stillwater/Hudson Area commercial real estate company seeks an experienced Handyman/ Building Maintenance Technician in the area of Prior Lake. The Principal/Owner of Greystone Commercial owns a portfolio of multi-tenant commercial real estate properties. The person in this role would work with the Principal/Owner and our Maintenance Supervisor to provide handyman/building maintenance services at the Northgate Center and the Array Salon which is in a 15,000 SF multi-tenant retail/office/service building located in Prior Lake The Principal/Owner also owns other light industrial buildings and retail/office/service centers primarily located in the East Metro (MN) and Western Wisconsin (Hudson to Baldwin) We are seeking an experienced professional for this position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Minor carpentry and painting • Minor plumbing repairs & cleaning • General maintenance, repairs, updates etc. Job requirements for the Handyman / Building Maintenance Technician: • Previous carpentry, handyman, or maintenance service • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must have maintenance tools • Basic calculation • Basic verbal and written communication skills • Safety practices and handling tools • Basic plumbing repair skills • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring • Ability to decipher written or oral instructions • Physical agility • Able to lift and move heavy objects • Commitment to support projects through peaks and valleys • Basic troubleshooting Please submit your hourly rate. A range is acceptable if preferred. Work Hours: The hours will be normal business hours but with flexibility. This is an Independent Contractor role.
