Hey all I'm a local BBQ mobile vendor looking for a partner or a reliable person to do food events and gigs. While I have a full tent setup this year I'm looking to get a bbq food trailer. I'm missing a lot of potential business for not having a truck or trailer. But I do have a lot of business coming up this spring and summer into fall. I need or want a person willing to go in with me during events requiring vendor fees if we choose to do them such as EDC, Reggae Rise Up, Project Taco and so many more including small events. Other than that I already own everything to run the business. So would like to hire someone to help with parties, local events, pop up's, and so on. We'll be mainly outside cooking on one or two smokers/grills. This includes helping prep when events are booked and someone ok with volunteering their time if and when we do events for local charities. For events, gigs and parties I'll pay a flat rate for the day/event. If we go in on the vendor fees then we'd agree on how the funds will be divided. I do have a friend that helps me during gigs but he might be out for a while. Would also like to find someone good at marketing and/or social media to help find more events. Really want to find someone with some free time on there hands who's ok joining a LOT of FB groups and IM, Twitter and more. I'm also looking for locations to go and setup weekly to sale bbq food.
