Novice guitar player seeks other novices

Im a middle aged guy who has been "playing guitar for a year or so" for about 30 years. Picked it up, put it aside, over and over. Im finally at the point where I can play a few songs, jam some basic blues stuff, etc. Would love to find other people at about the same stage to jam and teach each other. Influences are mainly classic rock, Stones, LZ, etc. Let's all get together and make some noise that may eventually turn into music :).
