Underground Mechanic Meridiam Partners is looking to hire Underground Mechanics for a project in a mine in New Mexico. Mechanics should have strong experience in maintaining continuous miners, roof bolters, shuttle cars, scoops, conveyors, feeders, and pumps and are experienced in diagnosing and repairs hydraulics, pneumatics, diesel engines, and drivetrain systems. Welding and fabricating experience a plus. We are a growing company with substantial workload and require an experienced, versatile, and positive minded personnel, willing and able to maintain a safe working environment for our teammates and customers. Complete daily paperwork (i.e. daily equipment pre-operational reports, daily production pass-downs, work order repair reports). Strong work ethic/team player attitude. Typical work shift is 12 hours per day Monday -- Friday. However, additional hours and/or Saturdays may be necessary. Per Diem paid for out of town work.
