Seeking General Handyman for basic home rehab work. Must be clean, responsible with working transportation truck. I am an real estate investor with a home needing work done. The following are some of the current items: Single Family Home. Some work examples: -Interior painting -Exterior painting -Garage door painted -Paint on driveway needing to be removed (or repainted) -New wall and baseboard installed with an outlet on it -New small closet with doors built inside -Exterior landscaping triming and cleanup -Other general items
