Not a flat rate shop - competitive wages. You will be called upon to service a broad range of vehicles for repair issues and to quickly diagnose the cause of performance problems. Job Requirements: Able to effectively manage up to three techs and provide constructive criticism. Responsible for driving work flow of shop and ensuring things are getting done. REQUIRED: 2+ years of shop related auto technician experience. ASE certifications are a must. AC certifications are a must. Strong communications skills. Must have a clean driving record, you will be road testing vehicles. Provide your own tools! Must be a self starter with the ability to work independently. Able to make repairs in a timely manner. Must be dependable, honest, knowledgeable, team player. Looking for someone who takes pride in their work. Be able to read and complete work repair orders. Willingness to work. Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicle automotive systems. Explain problems discovered during vehicle inspection to service writers and technicians. Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools, and repair techniques. Promote a positive work environment amongst peers.
