Need help

I am trying to find someone in the neighborhood who will help me do some work on my manufactured home. I can only pay $20 per hour and it will probably only be 3-5 hours a week on a Friday or Saturday (my weekends). I want to sell by summer. Jobs include helping me replace a small section siding, roof shingles, pulling up carpet and laying some linoleum, painting, and other cosmetic work. Must be dependable and creative!! I will be assisting so one person should be plenty. Hoping to meet a few people today and tomorrow and start work next weekend.
