We are looking to hire someone to handle the sidewalks for properties we manage. This person will need to be living near address provided.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
->Manage sidewalks for multiple locations. Shovel, driving blower, and push deicer will be supplied.
->Able to lift 50lbs salt bags and load push deicer
->Drug and alcohol-free
->Reliable Transporation
->Early Riser Typical time is 4am-10am. On-call Must be available at all times during snowfall.
->Smart phone with multiple weather apps.
->Proper winter attire (company neon coat provided)
->Professional and Reliable. Sidewalks need to be done professionally and look great every service!
