Description

Follows written work orders or verbal insructions from Maintenance Supervisor and Lead to performs necessary maintenance, repair and upkeep on Agency’s buildings and properties by means of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and minor repair projects using a variety of machines, tools, and equipment. Performs custodial work, and snow removal, lawn care and other seasonal work as directed. Recommends preventative maintenance plans to Supervisor and Lead and repairs unsafe conditions immediately. Position requires a valid driver’s license and provide proof of COVID Vaccination. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum:HS diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related experience and/or training. in carpentry, electrical wiring, plumbing, landscaping and janitorial.
