URGENT! DOG NEEDS HOME ASAP

Michael is looking for a home by 1/13 so the shelter he is at doesn’t put him down! He is listed as “Requires Rescue” so we need to find BOTH a HOME and a RESCUE to sponsor him. ❗️🆘 Michael #A4666257 was picked up by animal control over a month ago with his sister Jane #A4666258. They were placed in a kennel together and were hoping to find another home to keep them together forever! 👫 Sadly last week Michael was separated from Jane and now they are in separate buildings. They could still be saved together! After weeks of learning to go in/out of his kennel for the rope leash, Michael got too overwhelmed last week and went to bite at his leash toy! Unfortunately, he missed the leash and his tooth scraped a staff members arm. 😧 Even though he settled down and walked on his leash after that without issues, Michael is now classified as a “bite dog” and is in the naughty building. Because of this, it has been 6 days since Michael has been allowed outside and he’s starting to get agitated and barking constantly. Before his incident, Michael and Jane both ate treats from staff hands, wiggled their little bodies for pets, 🥰 and Michael even crawled in a lap when he got scared outside! Because of the incident, the shelter requires he go to a home with no kids under 16 and no other pets unless he can be with Jane. Jane’s notes when she has seen Michael say “she seems very attached to him.” 💙❤️ WHAT A LOVELY PAIR 💙❤️ If you can open your home to a pair of sweet blue noses that clearly know how to behave (when they are not locked in a kennel for a week without interaction 🙄) PLEASE apply right away!
