Hello, I'm looking to bring in another person to my shared rehearsal space in prime Bushwick. Monthly rent will be $205 + a one-time deposit. The space itself is about 100sq ft with a large loft for storage space. Wifi included, 24/7 access, no noise curfew. Equipment I’m cool with sharing: - 8-piece drum kit - Mixer - Monitors - Amp I’m usually in the studio 2-3 days a week, though sometimes I go out of town for a week or two at a time. I share the space with one other person - we usually keep track of studio time with Google Calendar, though it is not difficult at all to find time to practice. The spot is located off the Dekalb L, steps away from spots like Maria Hernandez and Carmelo’s. This neighborhood has become my new home away from home. I love to jam with other musicians too - maybe we can start a band? Some of my influences are Fleetwood Mac, Animal Collective, YMO and Grateful Dead! The most important thing is that you’re willing to treat the space with love and respect and keep it clean. Hope to hear form you soon. Caro
