Carrying, Mixing, and Pouring Concrete

Currently working on a home renovation project in which we need to pour 2 large concrete footings in the basement. We plan to have concrete delivered but need extra hands with carrying the concrete to the basement, mixing the concrete in a concrete mixer, and then pouring the concrete into the holes. There will be approximately 100, 60lb bags of concrete to carry, mix, and pour. This is a very labor intensive job so looking for strong candidates who can repeatedly lift 60+ lbs. Hoping to hire 2 guys and estimating job to take 4 hours. $250 cash offered - $125/per person (equates to approximately $31.25/hour)
