Applicant needs transportation & tools & be able to do all types of minor repairs Plumbing, Electric, painting, and drywall to get units in rentable condition as quickly as possible, in addition to do repairs needed to keep common areas of buildings in good maintenance condition. Buildings are located in Berwyn, Riverside, North Riverside, and Westchester.
