Maintenance/Construction Workers Needed PROPERTIES READY FOR REPAIRS OR RENOVATION NOW !! Properties located in Holiday and Land O Lakes. Also have properties in Tampa/Brandon. Must be able to work in some of all these locations. Looking for strong maintenance workers who are reliable and available asap! ** Must have own transportation and own tools to accomplish trades ** * Painting * Drywall / mudding * Doors * Fixture installations ( faucets, lights, toilets, etc. ) * General construction and carpentry * General tile work * Basic plumbing fixes * Renovations If you are strong in ANY OR ALL of these specific areas, please contact us right away for work! **Weekly paycheck** Checks are issued every Friday for work completed by Wednesdays.
