Caretaker We are currently seeking 2 live in Caretakers to maintain the exterior of our Beverly Hills based private residence. The care takers will be responsible for landscaping, minor maintenance, maintaining the grounds of the property. The ideal candidates would be a couple that don’t mind sharing a living space. Responsibilities • Provide landscaping services and maintenance of Japanese style garden • Maintain the grounds of the property • Operating any machinery required for their duties • Maintaining cleanliness of the exterior property. Required experience • Previous landscaping experience required o Experience with Japanese gardens is highly preferred • Basic maintenance experience • Must have strong communication skills • High attention to detail
