Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all functions while maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adherence to safety policies. "Safety First" expectation
Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, restrooms and public areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Remove trash from offices and other work areas. Stripping and waxing of floors, burnishing waxed floors, cleaning and maintaining carpeted floors, and floor scrubbing of ceramic tile floors. Assist other service personnel with minor facility service repair. Follow established routine.
Must be able to use hand tools and cleaning machinery daily such as floor sweepers and brooms.
Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.
May have to work alternate shifts, weekends, and extended hours if needed
All other duties as assigned.
HS diploma or GED required
Background check and drug screen required
