**A RESUME MUST BE PROVIDED FOR CONSIDERATION** PuroClean is a national company that provides water, fire, mold cleanup services emergency for homes and commercial properties when disasters happen. We are seeking someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and is a serious multi-tasker. We are looking for a Lead Technician that doesn't mind getting their hands dirty jumping into a job to do what is needed to get it done. Someone is needed that can coordinate with a project manager AND who can handle a job from beginning to end with minimal guidance. Someone who will also be able to supervise others and handle multiple assignments at once. Supervisor: $22-$25 per hour (based on experience and/or IICRC certifications). Primary Responsibilities (Restoration experience a must, 1+ years preferred) • Explain process and answer customer questions, as needed. • Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns. • Communicate job progress to the Project Manager and supervise other technicians and their activities. • Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control. • Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. • Manage job file documentation (paperwork) to ensure complete and accurate project details. • Manage and control costs of production projects. • Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly. • Professional appearance. Position Requirements: • Construction experience/knowledge a MUST - able to handle controlled demo of bathrooms, kitchens, light experience with basic plumbing/electrical - such as detaching toilets, sinks, countertops, dishwashers. • IICRC certifications preferred, but we will pay the right candidate to get certified after successfully completely a trial period • Experience in cleaning/restoration required • We require on-call rotations for evening, weekends, and holidays. • Ability to diagram work area(s) • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals • Clean driving record is a MUST! **Ability to successfully complete a background check** **A RESUME MUST BE PROVIDED FOR CONSIDERATION**
