Seeking an experienced maintenance worker for commercial properties in Kihei. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds. Perform technical and mechanical work, preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshoot and diagnostics. Ability to perform interior/exterior painting, electrical, masonry, lighting, HVAC and plumbing repairs. Must be able to respond to service calls and follow instructions from supervisor and management. Ability to develop and maintain cooperative relationships with others including tenants, team members, vendors and other contractors. Position requirements include physical evaluation.
