1yr old PomChi in need of good home

Sweet little lap dog. Was my grandmothers but she’s no longer able to care for her. So we’re trying to find her a new home. 1 year old, female, spayed and has puppy shots. Not fully housebroken but uses puppy pads. She doesn’t seem to be yapping or fearful and attempts to play with our toddlers and 75lb terrier mix. I fear she’ll end up lost or hurt though being so small. Please note there is a rehoming fee.
