Every week you will receive a list of events and places to work at, you choose where to fundraise and when. You can also work remotely by making phone calls/text/social-networking. Job Duties: - Making Phone Calls - Recruiting New Workers(You earn a % of what your referrals earned revenue while working or fundraising for their favorite cause) - Recording contact details and making appointments with new clients/donors - Raising donations - Marketing to new clients and increasing your lead database using techniques that we teach you and contact list made up of our members/potential-members/friends/associates… Requirements For The Job: - Clean and Professional clothing - You will need to invest in mask and gloves - Past experience in marketing or an eagerness to learn about sales/marketing - You should care about helping the homeless/students start new businesses and get a helping hand in life Compensation: Minimum Wage: You will be given a hourly wage based on the minimum wage in your local area, because you will be working as an independent contractor and you will not have a manager/supervisor watching over you, the hourly wage is dependent upon your production/job-goals(usually 1 donation/goal per hour to prove your working), if you do not complete your donation/job goals per hour you will only receive commission which is still a lot of money on average(our goal is a minimum of $5,000 earned per year in commissions while working with us)… Your Commission: REWARDS: You will be paid a reward for completed goals, for example we have sponsors that work with us like Amazon.com, when someone signs up for a free trial for Amazon prime for example, your credited for a reward of at least $1.50 and at the most $3.00. EARN A % OF THE DONATIONS YOU RAISE: If you help us receive a donation online or offline, you keep a percentage of the donation(10-40% of the donation depending on the size of the donation).
