Health and Hope for All The Parking lot is West of the building on 3rd St SW and Pioneer Ave or alternatively use the parking Northeast of Anthem Coffee Between 2nd st SW and Meeker Starting at 6:00 pm on Friday, February 4th you are invited to join a group of like-­minded people for an event that is guaranteed to change your life if you come with an open­ mind and the willingness to take action. Your Optimal Health will be organized into two sessions so that you have the chance to learn and to collaborate with the other people who will be attending this experience. Session 1: Your Journey For the first 25 minutes, we will discuss your journey to optimal health and how to achieve this in your life. This will consist of an in-­depth discussion on your body, mind, and finances because all three of these areas must work in conjunction in order to achieve your desired goals. Body ­- Maintain your ideal weight, improve your quality of sleep, optimize your movement Mind ­- Enhance your relationships, experience life fulfillment, develop your spirituality Finances ­- Become abundant, achieve freedom, access resources to create memories During this session, I will share specific strategies that will set you on the right track to achieving sustainable health and vitality. Session 2: Mastermind Discussion Although my presentation in the first 45 minutes is filled with the latest research and strategies to help you make optimal health you reality, the mastermind discussion is one of the primary reasons people attend Your Optimal Health. During this 25­ minute discussion, we will have a collaborative session where we discuss a specific personal growth topic that is probably holding you back. By delving into this topic, you will learn how to improve your mental strength which will directly correlate with your ability to accomplish your life goals.
