Cacao Ceremony with Reiki and Sound Healing This Special Gathering will be co-hosted by Lesley Turksi with Cleveland Sound Healing and Rylie Radha Rose, Wellness Director of Pop Life. We will open the space sharing Cacao, meditation and intention setting After Cacao, Rylie will offer a gentle yoga flow and Reiki while Lesley is offering Sound Healing Together we will use the energy of the new moon to set clear intentions for February, the love month! Energetically we will clear space to open our hearts so that we can be receptive to possibility and living up to our highest potential. Ceremonial cacao is a gentle, non-psychoactive plant medicine that has many benefits for our physical, mental and spiritual well being. We will work with the energy of cacao to cultivate greater self-love, awareness and expansion of our consciousness. Some extra notes to consider if feeling called to attend... 1. You are welcome to bring your own props versus studio-mat, blanket-anything they might need to be comfortable. We also have mats, blankets, and props available to borrow at our studio. 2. We recommend eating a light meal ( not a heavy meal) before the ceremony. Like any plant medicine, you can reap the most benefits and feel Mama cacao's warmth and light. 3. Individuals that are pregnant, breast feeding, sensitive to stimulants are recommended to refrain from cacao. 4. We sweeten cacao with conscious, ethical local organic raw honey. For individuals that have an allergy to honey or vegan we will need to have a separate amount put aside for them that is not sweetened with honey-it will be bitter since it's 100% raw chocolate. We can have agave as an alternative option, please let us know if you prefer agave.
