Join us for a Powerful Creative and Sensual flow, as we move our bodies with the energies of the moon. Full moon energy is all about releasing what is no longer serving you. With the energy of the New Year still with us, this is truly a powerful time to release and let go! We'll harness this magical energy to help us bring light to that which no longer serves your highest good so you can continue on the path meant just for you! We will work with honoring the 4 directions and elements. As we flow throughout class, our focus will be to work with the elements of fire and water, to burn away what we need to let go of and cleanse whatever needs healing in our life.
