Please see below for more information Hello everyone, We would like to invite you to participate in the Second Annual Bridal Expo being held at The Grand at 290 in Rocky Mount, VA on Sunday, Feb 20, 2022, from 1pm-5pm. First, I want to thank you for participating in the First Annual Bridal Expo hosted by The Grand at 290 last year. We are so thankful to be supported by such an amazing group of wedding pros! We also would like to acknowledge the new invitees and thank you for considering your participation as well. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below and get back with me as soon as possible if you will or will not be able to attend this year. · Cost for vendors…$100.00 · Cost for guests…$10 per person. All tickets will be presale only, this will help us get a guest count so we can help you prepare samples and info packets. · The Grand at 290 will be posting the initial launch via Facebook and Instagram. We will also include a link for guests to sign up and pay via Eventbrite. · Once the initial post is live, please share to your many followers, this will help get the word out to a much broader audience. · When you receive comments or questions on your pages, please answer and interact, as this will drive engagement. If there are questions you can’t answer, please refer them to us. · In addition to social media, we are also working with the Town of Rocky Mount and Visit VA’s Blue Ridge to join the event and help with advertising. We will also be working with the local news channels and B99.9 FM to help get the word out as well. · Our doors will open at noon on Saturday, 2/19/2022 for vendors to start getting set up. We will remain open until 7pm. We will reopen at 9am on Sunday, 2/20/2021 for those of you that prefer to set up on the day of. · We have tables and tablecloths for you to use, but please feel free to decorate your space as you wish. · Tear down will begin at 5pm on Sunday, 2/20/2022. No early tear downs please. We will remain open to vendors until 9pm. If you need additional tear down time, just let us know. · We are working on a Grand Prize to offer one lucky couple…details once completely ironed out. · We would also like to offer other prizes throughout the day. This is going to be a great event that will hopefully drive business for all of us. It will be a day filled with fun for us, as well as our guests. We have booked a couple great DJs that will keep the atmosphere light and energy up all day.
