DAY SHIFT: 7:00AM-3:30PM plus regular overtime RESPONSIBILITIES: Prep, assemble, and glue commercial door cores utilizing both automated and manual equipment Operate machinery including table saw, chop saw, and glue clamp Work in a team setting Perform all duties in a safe manner, in accordance with all company safety standards Troubleshoot and repairs issues that arise Quality control and corrective action when needed QUALIFICATIONS: Basic math skills dealing with 1/32" measurements Read and follow instructions; manage workflow effectively to meet production targets Quickly learn and identify common door components and sizes Motivated, problem solver who likes to work in a fast-paced team environment Maintain a positive, willing attitude Lift 50+ pounds Perform repetitive motions and stand during shift COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting wage of $18.35/hr Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Paid Time Off Paid holidays 401K Discount for gym membership available to employees and their families As a standard part of the employment application process Victory Millwork may request employment references.
