Wanting small female dog for daughter

Please help me find a loving companion and best friend for my 5 yr old daughter who recently lost her dad. She loves dogs and is very gentle and affectionate with them. She wants a female under 12 pds and hypoallergenic. The dog would be very well cared for in a safe and loving home. I've been checking shelters because we want to adopt a dog but haven't had any luck because they go so fast. Then there are people trying to get rich off selling for high prices. We can afford the expenses that come with having a pet would just rather adopt. Willing to pay small rehome fee. My daughter and I could meet to see if it's a good fit if you have a small dog that is in need of a home please email me. Willing to travel a little ways
