Auto mechanic needed to work on 2007 Sienna spark plugs

My Sienna is displaying all sorts of warning lights, including check engine, trac and vsc. The engine idles rough and we pulled two codes: P0353 and P0354. This indicates misfiring in cylinder 5, ignition coil C, and in cylinder 2, ignition coil D. Accessing cylinder 5 in the rear requires removing the manifold and other items, so is time-consuming. I'm looking for someone to work with me to install three new spark plugs and install three new ignition coil packs in the rear three cylinders. Then we'll use one of the two good coils to replace coil D in the front. Will also change out the two struts that hold up the rear hatch. We can work in my driveway pretty much any day of the week when it's above 50 degrees. Please have your own tools, especially an OBD2 scanner. Paying $40/hr cash for your time here. Around 3-4 hour job from what I'm seeing for a mechanic who has done this before.
