Onelife LA returns to downtown la on Saturday, January 22 to declare value of life from conception to natural death Join thousands in a continued hope and to declare a commitment to valuing and protecting all human life in downtown Los Angeles! OneLife LA, on Saturday, January 22, 2022, celebrates the beauty and dignity of every human life. Themed “Forward in Hope,” the event kicks off at Placita Olvera at 11 a.m. and walk to the LA State Historic Park (1245 N Spring St.) begins at 12 p.m. (noon) Celebration at the LA State Historic Park will feature inspirational speakers, musical performances and service projects. Event will conclude at 4 p.m., followed by the “One Life, One Light Requiem for the Unborn” Mass celebrated by Archbishop José H. Gomez at 5 p.m. at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. Among OneLife LA’s notable speakers are Gloria Purvis, creator, host, and executive producer of The Gloria Purvis Podcast, Sister Bethany Madonna of the Sisters of Life, and Sister Norma Pimentel of the Missionaries of Jesus and Executive Director of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley.
