No cost COVID-19 vaccine drive for all eligible age groups. Open to students, families and the community, all COVID vaccines are available.
This is a no cost vaccine clinic, open to anyone who wants to sign up, adults and children.

Please bring a valid ID for parent or guardian, as well as any insurance cards you have. Insurance is not required, if you do not have insurance please know your social security number. There are no out of pocket fee's but there will be an injection fee sent to your insurance if you have it.
We will have all three vaccines available for 1st, 2nd and booster doses:
J&J and Moderna for ages 18 and above.
Pfizer for ages 12-17
Pfizer Pediatric Dosing for ages 5-11
