ASCEND YOGA FEST4/2/22 @ Drew ParkOur vision is to cultivate heath and wellness in our community and beyond by creating an intimate, authentic, world-class yoga festival including events featuring yoga, breathwork, live music, sound baths, kid's village, healthy organic food, local vendors, art, games, kid like fun, and so much more! We strive to make preventive health, yoga, and wellness accessible to every person and every BODY, while building commUNITY, and we are dedicated to creating a unique, fun filled, memorable experiences through this event. LOCATION-- DREW PARK FIELD (past the park in the back corner) 416 Dr Michael Debakey Dr, Lake Charles, LA 70601 12-6pm (we begin Opening Ceremony at 12) WHAT'S INCLUDED -- Guided Yoga Flows, Breathwork Sessions, Sound Bath & Meditations (all levels) LIVE Music with World Class Musicians A Kid's Village Including Sensory Activities, Non Toxic Face Painting, Yoga, and Breathwork Local Vendors Ecstatic Dance Healthy & Organic Food Vendors Live Artist & So Much More WHAT TO BRING-- Yoga Mat (we will only have a few) Bolsters (if needed) Blanket (for comfort/sitting in grass) Reusable Water Container Cash (for shopping/donations) Non toxic mosquito spray WHAT TO WEAR-- Bright fun colors Yoga/athletic wear Comfortable slip on shoes Hat (may be sunny) DONATIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
