Join us for a banquet dinner and respite night as we hear from Sandra Peoples, author of Unexpected Blessings. On Friday, Feb. 25th, Heights Baptist Church is hosting a special event for parents of kids with disabilities. Sandra Peoples, author of Unexpected Blessings: The Joys and Possibilities of Life in a Special Needs Family, will be speaking at a banquet event while your children/teens and their siblings enjoy respite night activities. Sandra is a special-needs mom and sibling. She knows the challenges you face and has a message of hope to share. She was recently featured on Focus on the Family, a broadcast that reaches millions of listeners. Join us as she encourages you with the hope she has experienced on this journey. The respite night for your children/teens with disablities and their siblings will be hosted by 99 Balloons! They are an organization based in Arkansas that equips churches all around the country to provide rEcess respite events to bless families. We will follow up your registration for the dinner with a "get to know you" form to fill out about your child(ren) so we can be prepared to have a great time together!
