The workshop highlights key factors weighing you down as well as tips to drop pounds in the new year. Who wants to be a better you? I am inviting you to participate in the Weigh Less, Live More workshop to be hosted at the Family Fitness Zone in Marshall, Illinois. The event will take place on January 20th and start promptly at 6:00 PM CST with social distancing. Key benefits (and take-aways) from the workshop include:  Considering various options in how to lose weight and how those options can have such an impact to your overall health.  Why your reaction to stressors could be the reason you’re gaining weight.  How changing our thoughts toward non-food (primary food) can help you get control, reduce weight, and live a happier life.  Understand key contributions to weight gain. Is managing weight an issue? What do you have to lose but weight and stress when getting a clear pathway to your wellness journey? It’s been said, “Your Greatest Wealth is Your Health”. Do you believe that? The acronym SAD stands for the Standard American Diet because we as Americans do not have a good relationship with food, but you can change that by taking action now. What are your New Year Resolutions? Is weight loss and simply making a healthier you one of your goals? This is a great start to a new you in getting ideas on how you can transform your mindset toward health and wellness. Take the plunge! My favorite part of a workshop is the interaction and learning from all the participants.
