Turn up N Tone is official! Join us for our first class!!! Our first class will be a PARTY ! Live DJ , raffles, contest and of course a great workout! We hope to see you there ! TURN UP N TONE is a fun class created to strengthen and tone your full body. You will be led through exercises that will target your legs, glutes, abs, arms and more, all while using resistance bands. Look forward to " Turning up" to the beat of music while you" Tone" your full body through this unique workout. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and certified commit dance fitness instructor. I bring my pssion and expertise to ensure a good time and a good workout all at the same time . We strive to inspire others growth and boost self esteem. We are in this TOGETHER!
