Leesburg Black Heritage Festival is a family event with an array of foods, drinks, shopping, music and live entertainment from local vendors ***Please note that drinks and water will only be sold by event sponsors, selling of drinks and bottled water during the event may disqualify you as a vendor and forfeit application fees paid. Application Fee $60.00 *Registration Fee on the day of the festival will be $70.00* (unless we already have your application in hand) Due to limited space, all applications are subject to review confirmation notification will be sent to all applicants. Dear Treasured Friend, We are now accepting applications for the Leesburg Black Heritage Festival. EVENT INFO: Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 11:00am – 6:00pm Leesburg Resource Center, 1041 C.R. 468, Leesburg, Fl. 34748 (Same as Last Year) VENDOR FEE: $60.00 Fee for food/ merchandise. Fee on the day of the festival will be $70.00. No charge for vendors with informational items / handouts SET-UP: Vendor’s set-up is from 7:00am – 10:30am. Please make sure your stations are setup and ready no later than 10:30am. You can check in at registration table when you arrive, and you will be directed to your assigned station. You must provide your own tent, table, chairs, and generator if needed. PAYMENT/APPICATION by February 2, 2022. Payment/Application on the day of the festival will be $70.00 unless I already have your application before the day of the festival) (no personal checks the day of the event).
